How do I view the status of my current order?

The order status page in your account will (hopefully) answer your questions. Be aware that you need to be logged in with the account from which you placed the order.

How do I cancel an order?

If you haven't transferred any payment to us, your order will be deleted automatically from our order system, with no further action required on your part. All your order details will be automatically deleted from our files after a certain period.

If you have made no payment for your order, you do not need to email us to have it deleted from our system.

If we already received your payment your order can only be cancelled if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please visit your order status page to see if it is still possible to cancel your order.

How do I change my address?

You can change your address on your account details page. Please be aware that you cannot change the address for a shipment once it has been shipped!

Note that you need to be logged in with the account from which you placed the order and that you check if your order has not been shipped yet.

Are discounts available if I place a large order?

Customers who order a large amount of seeds are eligible for a discount.

Seed orders for the following amounts - which must be made in a single order, from a single account - receive the following discounts:
  • Orders of € 500 and above receive a 10% discount.
  • Orders of € 1000 and above receive a 15% discount.
  • Orders of € 2000 and above receive 20% discount.

How can I check that you have received my order?

You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been placed.
If you have placed an order and not yet received this notice, please check your email program's spam folder.

If you have placed your order correctly, checked your spam folder and have still not received a confirmation email, you can always login to your account, where you will be able to check your order status and confirmation email.
