What is the shipping status of my current order?

The order status page in your account will (hopefully) answer all your shipping questions. Be aware that you need to be logged in with the account from which you placed the order and that after shipment of your order we cannot provide you with exact information on delivery times.

To which countries do you send seeds?

We are currently able to mail seeds to most countries in the European Union. To most other countries we do NOT send seeds but we can send some products.

Note that we only sell seeds to the areas that are marked green. We cannot send any products to the grey areas on the map above and we expressly point out that we DO NOT dispatch seeds to the United States or Canada under any circumstances at this time.

Due to the recent change in cannabis legislation in some states of the US, it might well be that we can send seeds to the US in the near future. Join our newsletter if you want to be kept up to date of any new developments.

How will my order be sent?

All orders will be shipped using TNT International Priority Mail. Using this premium service means all orders are shipped by airmail (if applicable) - which ensures fast delivery - and receive international priority treatment.

All orders are shipped the first working day after we receive the payment and sent in a discrete and sturdy padded brown paper envelope.

This unobtrusive protective packaging assures both the quality of the products inside and the privacy of our customers.



As you can see in the image above, there are no company logos or advertising on the envelope and we guarantee our customers that there will be absolutely no reference to cannabis or related subjects on the exterior of our packaging.

How do I change my address?

You can change your address on your account details page. Please be aware that you cannot change the address for a shipment once it has been shipped!

Note that you need to be logged in with the account from which you placed the order and that you check if your order has not been shipped yet.

What do packages look like when they are mailed?

We understand that our customers rely on our discretion. Because we value the privacy of our customers, all our products are sent in a discrete and sturdy padded brown paper envelope.

This unobtrusive protective packaging assures both the quality of the products inside and the privacy of our customers.



As you can see in the image above, there are no company logos or advertising on the envelope and we guarantee our customers that there will be absolutely no reference to cannabis or related subjects on the exterior of our packaging. The address which now says Ganja street will obviously be replaced with your address.

You are a 100% guaranteed that nobody will be able to see what is inside unless they break the seal and open the package.

How long does it take in general for a shipment to arrive?

We will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment. Receipt of your payment may take longer depending on which payment method you have selected.

Credit card payments are by far the quickest. If you have paid by credit card you can expect your order to be shipped the next working day.
For orders larger than €250 we require confirmation and a signature (sent by fax or regular mail), before we can proceed with shipping your order.

A bank transfer will take up to 5 working days to arrive. If you haven't included your 12-digit reference number in the transfer details it will take slightly longer to process your payment.

Cash payments will take up to 28 days to arrive. It is imperative you send your cash payment by REGISTERED mail. This helps ensure that your cash payment reaches its destination. Due to the questionable security of sending cash by mail, we strongly advise you to consider the two other payment options.

If you live in the Netherlands you also have the option to pay by cash on delivery (COD). If you have selected this option, you must contact us by phone or email to confirm your order before it gets shipped.

After we have received your payment it might take anywhere from 2 to 10 days for an order to be delivered, depending on local postal services. Postal services work differently in different countries; some are significantly faster than others. As a result we can only start to make inquiries about missing orders after 28 days. Please note that after shipment of your order we cannot provide you with information on delivery times.

What is the cost of postage and insurance?

Our basic charges for postage are:

Standard packaging and postage fees inside Europe: €7.50
Standard packaging and postage fees outside Europe: €12.50

Optional insured postage can be obtained for an additional €5.00

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box address?

Standard International and Registered mail can be delivered to PO Boxes. Registered post will require a signature from a staff-member at the PO Box depot.
